Fajita Mania

No, it wasn't meant to coincide with Cinco de Mayo, it just happened to be a good time to do it. On May 7, 2005, Neil and Ginger hosted Fajita Mania. With about 18 people in attendance, we grilled up several pounds of beef and chicken (marinated for 36 hours or so!) for a mid-afternoon feast, complete with freshly-made salsa and pico de gallo, Mexican rice -- you name it, we had it.
